You may return your order when the delivery product is not the brand
or the type you requested online.

the above mistake occurs, please immediately contact Customer
Service Department by e-mail, call or fax. You will then receive
a return request form. Please fill in the form and make sure
that you have included in it the reasons for return , parcel
number and the Invoice Number. You are required to return the
item in its original condition with the original packaging or
gift box either by surface mail or airmail. |

Cost
of return: If you return your package for the above-mentioned
reasons, we will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we
have received and processed the returned item. Upon receiving
your return request form, we will refund the cost of shipping
by sending you a check or a bank draft. Please note that we
will only refund the cost of shipping if the return is caused
by our fault. |
Time
limit:
Please check your order immediately to ensure that your order is
defect-free. Should any defect be found, send us the return request
form within 14 days after you have received the defected order.
We reserve our rights not to honor any requests for refunds after
this 14-day period has passed.
Out of Stock
We will first order the product(s) from our normal quantity. If
the product(s) that you ordered is/are out of stock, we will inform
you via e-mail.
Canceling your order
Once the order is confirmed, no request for cancellation will be
entertained. However, we reserve our rights for alternative judgments.
If the product does not delivery to you in the specified delivery
time, you may make a request for cancellation.
