Mr. Jacques Menier, the much-respected Heritage Director of Martell, paid a visit to our company on 3rd February 2015. During Mr. Menier's visit, we are honorably invited to an interview conducted by the Hong Kong Economic Journal on the next day. In the interview, Mr. Man's Chan shared some of his Martell collection items for the Hong Kong Economic Journal to photograph and publish. Together with Mr. Menier, he also shared his expert knowledge on different aspects related to Martell Cognac, for instance history, liquor quality, etc.
